365 Classic Bedtime Bible Stories promises to make bedtime reading a delightful learning and faith-building experience for your kids 3 and up.

My Book Review: I love reading to children from the day they're born.   Reading and looking at pictures in books are wonderful learning tools for the stories of the Bible.   While young children, ages 8-12 perhaps, will be able to read this book, I think that is too complex for younger children, ages 3-7.  The wording and length of the stories could be changed to meet the needs of younger children.
Some of the stories were quite explicit for younger children.  I don't even let my grandchildren watch shows with murder.  It is frightening to young children.   For younger children, these parts could be left out.   I think young readers in 2nd grade and up would enjoy reading these stories on their own or with an adult as they can discuss the stories also.
I like having the scripture references for each story.  The illustrations are lovely and help to create a visual image for the child.
I am giving this book a 4 **** star rating.
I received a copy of this book from netgalley and Barbour Publishing in exchange for an honest review.   All opinions expressed are my own.  I was not required to write a positive review.
